Motel 6 hazelwood Missouri Fraudulent charges Hazelwood Missouri

Motel 6 is a joke. The staff are a joke. The management is a joke. I checked in a room @ 2:32AM and checked out 10 minutes later! The room was terrible. Outdated just didn’t feel like a home away from home so I couldn’t take it. I asked for a refund the lady offered me other rooms as I turned them down. I asked her to write me a note stating she gave me a refund because the place looked so sketchy. She act like she showed me my refund then said it will be back in there 3-5 business days. Well I waited, then called back, they gave a a longer date, but my bank said it never takes that long. I keep calling and the manager is giving me the run around. He lied on me saying I checked out the next day. When in the system it shows I checked out @ 9:10pm. Well they would have charged me For another night, but they didn’t. I actually went to days in right after I left that dump. I have proof to show it. Here I am still with no refund getting the run around.
