I went to their website to get a free ringtone,  It was so complicated that I never did get the ringtone I was after, so I quiet,  but not after I put my cell phone number in the get the ringtone,

two week later I get a bill from Verizon that they added Premium Texting to my phone bill at $9.99 per month, for the rest of your life if you don't notice it on your bill and put a stop to it.
This is the biggest fu*king ripoff that Verizon has ever been associated with.
Verizon agrees with me that this is nothing but a ripoff, and the said they will refund my money back and put a lock on my phone number so they can never do it again,
