Motivated Models no pay Internet

Although we like to cut checks weekly, we have 30 days to send checks to our talent if we are not at a show.  This is clearly set forth in the contract all our talent signs.  None of our contracts state we pay within 10 days.  Furthermore, our talent sends in W9's not W2's.  If you worked September 11th and you are writing this on October 10th it is at the 30 day mark.  We sent out all our checks for September last week.  Unless you wrote your address incorrectly, your check should be in the mail.  If your address was written incorrectly on the W9 a stop payment can be issued and a new check can be sent.  Any and all issues regarding payment can be addressed with your agent via their personal number (via text or call) which is provided to our talent or they can call our office at 707-968-7536.  

I too had the same experience with this company. I worked an event in Philadelphia on September 11 2012. I was contacted  by a "Jen" (no last name) from motivated models. I should have noticed how sketchy this company was from the start. In any case, Jen sent me all the details of the job, location, and time. I signed and forwarded their contact and W2 form. On the date of the event, I texted in my arrival and took pictures of the event as I was instructed. The contract stated that payment was to be made within 10 days...  well its been almost a month and still no pay check. I have been trying to contact Jen through her email and modelmayhem account but she has stopped responding as soon as the event was over. This company is a hoax not the allegations!  The company does nothing to try to fix these complaints, they do not answer their phone calls, emails, or any other type of messaging. There are probably hundreds of innocent people motivated models has scammed over the years. Its surprising they're still in business. But they wont be for long as I plan on filing a complaint to the BBB about this company's ethics to save other people from this horrible experience with motivated models.

I'm sorry, but we did not employ anyone by the name of Jessica for any trade show(s) in Las Vegas in January.  I was personally at the shows we staffed there that month and met with all of our talent, all of our clients, and personally gave payment to everyone working for us on the last day each of the shows - we did not have a Jessica working let alone not pay someone who worked for us.  

Feel free to provide your contract and proof of employment at the show as your claims do not match our records.

I'm not trying to cause you any trouble.  I just want paid.  Since I posted this, I've learned there are several others who are waiting to be paid.  We all just want paid.  Motivated Models www.motivatedmodels.com owes us the money we earned.   

This allegation is a hoax, this claim is fake.  

We do not have an "Ashley" working at our company nor did we employ a "Jessica" in Las Vegas during January 2012.  As is our policy, we paid all our talent in Las Vegas during January 2012 on the last day of each show as we had an agent onsite.  Furthermore, we did not have a client that hired 3 female trade show models for any of our Las Vegas shows during January 2012.  

To maintain a good relationship, we pay our talent within 10 business days of the event.  If we have an agent at the show, our talent is paid on the last day.   ALL of our talent in Las Vegas during January 2012 were paid of the last day of the shows we staffed as we had a Motivated Models agent onsite for each of them.  We pay all our talent FAST and that is why our talent loves working with us!  

We pride ourselves on communication and a timely follow-up with all talent and clients.  All our talent and clients have their agents business and personal contact information to ensure a good line of communication before, during, and after the events.  We do not have any emails, missed calls, text messages, social media messages, or voice-mails from a "Jessica" regarding any event executed in Las Vegas this January.

Jessica, please provide proof of employment through our agency as the statement you gave is not true.
