The Motivators Network, LLC, National Home Trainers A Scam! Takes money from clients, doesn't pay trainers, deserves lawsuit Dallas Internet

The same stories about this company appear again and again. I too was a dedicated personal trainer, was given only one client and met with her religiously for 8 months. We developed a great relationship. However. I wasn't paid from August on and kept meeting with my client. No phone calls were returned from the company, no emails were answered, it was only until my dear client called the company and talked about signing up for more sessions and wondering if they had gone out of business did they call her back. Then they promised to pay me for all the months prior. I received the check and then it bounced! I was charged bank fees. The company owes me more than 1400 dollars! Not to mention my client who has paid twice that amount or more.

The company has gone out of business as of the end of November, but there is still something fishy going on. They have taken their money and ran, only to open another business in California, wait until things die down and prey on other helpless trainers and clients.

No professional action was taken on their part through my entire employment. What a sad case of abusing the great opportunities in this country for quality business and health care. I am embarrassed for the owners, and feel cheated by their actions.

I am not giving up on this and will pursue further legal action. Any comments about other courses of action already taken on this issue would be appreciated.
