Motomomentum Moto Momentum Did not send a ordered items. Overcharged me. No communication. Draper, Utah

I order a 3" Lift Kit from Motomomentum a 4MMMMM4 Company, on July 29, 2010 which included the following items: Two(2) 3" Polyurethane Front Coil Spring spacers, Two(2) 3" Rear Add-a-Leaf leaf springs and the Four(4) extended replacement bolts & nuts, One(1) Drop Pitman Arm for the front steering, and One(1) Transfer Case drop kit which contains Four(4) Spacers and necessary elongated replacement bolts.

 The sale price before shipping was $89.99. I opted for the 2-3 day USPS Priority Shipping at a cost of $37.20 for a grand total of $127.19. After the alotted time had passed, and still no lift kit, I began the task of trying to find out what the deal was. After numerous phone calls, and a total of 15-20 emails, I finally received a tracking number, from one of their Customer Service Reps. named "Greg", for UPS Ground shipping.

This is were my next came about. I paid $37.20 for the USPS Priority 2-3 day shipping, and they sent it UPS Ground...the shipping that is normally included with a purchase from Motomomentum. So after a few more emails asking for an explaination and when I could expect my checking account to be credited the $37.20, I received no answers. They stole my money.....but I'm not done yet, I'm just getting started.

On August 09, 2010 I finally received my package via UPS Ground of course and the items included in the package are as follows: Two(2) 2" Polyurethane Front Coil Spring spacers w/ an additional Two(2) 1" Coil Spacers for the front, One(1) Drop Pitman Arm, One(1) Transfer Case Drop Kit w/ all necessary spacers-nuts and bolts, ONLY Two(2) of the needed Four(4) elongated replacement bolts & nuts, AND NO, I repeat NO Add-a-Leaf leaf springs for the rear axle!!!!!!

The package is not much larger than a shoe box so I know there was no was physically possible that anybody could have fit TWO leaf springs in there, not to mention the box and all the flaps were sealed with packing tape, the box was utterly un-molested i.e. no hole, knicks, punctures, cuts, dents etc.

The package also says plain and clear "Package 1 of 1" so they can't say they were shipped seperately. When Greg w/ Motomomentum was contacted, via emails of course since I had not once out of 10+ times that I called them did they return my calls, I receieved comments such as, and I quote, "All the purchased items were shipped. Did the Add-a-leafs fall out of the box?!" end quote. I already established that the box wasn't big enough for them to be in there TO slide out sooooo.....thats a negative Greggers!

I'm afraid to return the items I DO have for fear that I will not be re-imbursed the monies owed considering how they've handled the situation thus far. At least if I keep what I have I can order the Add-a-leafs from a reputable and responsible company...not a bunch of crooks like they are at Motomomentum, for lack of a better term that is!!!!

I'm an Iraq & Afghanistan War Veteran and am currently still serving in the U.S. Army, but they don't care, even more of a reason for them to take my money and run.

Motomomentum a.k.a. 4MMMMM4 are nothing but a bunch of theives.
