Motor Car Concepts II, Motor Car Concepts 2 Extremely rude and unprofessional Orlando Florida

First off, I do not have a problem with the car I purchased (2004 Honda S2000), it runs great and I'm happy with it. I do however have a major problem with the level of unprofessionalism exemplified by Sales Manager Luis Angel Diaz. I traded in my 2002 Honda Civic Si on 4/24/08 and 41 days later there has still been no attempt to contact my bank for a 10-day payoff quote. If no payment is made by today it will go on my credit report as 30 days past due. I finally went into the location at East Colonial after 2 weeks of telephone calls to Luis and other locations that lead nowhere. I was also told to "be nice" and Luis would speak to me. As soon as he understood why I was there he made a phone call to the financing office where he proceeded to say "I have a customer here giving me a hard time." Are you serious? I just want you to help complete the deal and have a nice day, no hard time was given by me ever. I'm a young professional with utmost respect. Strike one sir, but I'm staying cool though, there are children present! Once off the phone he proceeds to raise his voice to me about not knowing the "business" and my bank Insight Financial Credit Union in his words "SUCKS", "hates his company", and are "full of s#!t" and always give them the run around. Well a quick call to my bank prior to the visit clearly proves there has never been a 10-day quote issued on my loan. So who's full of it now Luis? Anyway, I digress. I asked him to not raise his voice to me, this is a business deal, leave the emotions out of it, there are children in the room. And I have no idea why he was getting emotional anyway, it is MY credit on the line, not his, and I'm the one just trying to get answers. He then went on a rant about better business bureau plaques, blah blah blah, all car dealerships have bad names. This is where I got up and left. Spoke to corporate, they are handling it now. Such a shame it even had to come down to this. I'm not one to complain about anything , I don't even send meals back, but this guy pushed me.
