Motorcycles-wholesale, Gordon Whittet DEFECTIVE SCOOTER, NO BILL OF SALE OR MSO, NOT RESPECTABLE, LOOK ELSEWHERE TO BUY Ontario California

I purchased a scooter from motorcycles-wholesale on June 5th to help off set the rising cost of gas and to save money that I do not have. My husband and I anxious to start saving money inadventently purchased 2 scooters. We notified Gordon of the mistake within a day June 6, and he stated that he would credit one of the accounts ASAP. June 29, not credit has been issued. Next the scooter arrived on June 11, we notified Gordon on June 15 it was not running properly temp gauge running hot all the time, CVM bad, leaking grinding noise and rattling. His response was in a timely manner, it was for me to determine the issues. To help me do this he sent me wedsites and ask told me to have a family member work on it, at this time I had requested a new scooter that was operatable. My response was the same try this, have someone work on it, it is brand new, I did not purchase a broken scooter so I could pay more to have it worked on. Can you imagine what would happen If I had someone work on it, I WOULD BE LIABLE AND I CAN BET HE WOULD HOLD THAT AGAINST ME. I again asked on at lease 5 occasions how we could get the scooter back to CA and get me a new one, I only wanted one that ran, (I PAID THE SHIPPING). Becuase there is no phone number you can not speak to anyone so I am now forced to contact the BBB an attorney and the likes to help resolve the issue. The communication has stopped and I am left with no scooter to ride 2 bills to pay and even if I could ride i have no Bill of Sale, no MSO and no money to pay for the gas. If you are looking to purchase a scooter from this company please DO NOT IT IS A RIP OFF!!!! He is less than honest or honorable in plain he is a thief!
