I instructed I needed a full set of C5Z wheel adapters by end of the week latest, and paid the $75 break in fee. I was reassured they would be made and shipped out arriving Friday/Sat.

I called and left a message after getting a tracking # that read "Delivery Date Next Tuesday (3/1/16)
WTF?
Lenny calls me back and doesn't even introduce himself. Just says,
"hey I'm lenny...."
I say "ok...and what company are you with?" Like I'm supposed to know who you are?
Secondly, he didn't even have my order information up to know
what was going on. Once he pulled it up he says he doesn't see an issue.
I proceed to tell him the whole point of me calling on Monday was to ensure I got them by end of this week, I made that very clear over the phone Monday which is why I paid the $75 break in fee.
I got nothing but excuses, arguments and bad attitude from him like:
"there's nothing I can do"
"then just send them back"
"You paid to jump in front of 500 others, not to get them by Friday, you paid for ground on the website"
I just paid $75 to break in Monday, you think an extra $10-$20 for better shipping would've been an issue? If they couldn't be at my doorstep FRIDAY this should've been addressed on MONDAY while I was modifying my order placed through the website.
Very easy to say these things NOW that you have my money. If I
knew I couldn't get them by Friday (2/26/16) I would've cancelled my
order, and got some off of Amazon much cheaper, and has free 2 day shipping.
This company has some serious problems, wasting my time and money like this. It's not just about the delivery date, I had moving plans that required this car to be on wheels by this date which is now MAJORLY screwed up. Should I invoice their company for the excess costs now?
I'll make sure everyone knows about my experience at car meets, shows,
and on the internet. I don't tolerate bad business practices and poor
attitudes. I'd have the mind to purchase this business just to fire
the person I spoke to over the phone.

This is very annoying that RoR does not let you delete complaints. Lenny sought out to make things right, called me, and genuinely apologized for the mishap. He has done more than he needed to at this point to ensure all parties are happy.
If I have learned anything from this experience, I wont be posting anything further on RipoffReports because when things do get resolved, they don't allow you to delete your reports and help the business move on from past transgressions.
You can buy with confidence that this company will make sure you get what you need. I actually received the car parts yesterday as shown initially, and the quality and fitment were perfect.
