Motorstraders I was searching the internet and was looking to buy to buy a motorcycle from a site www.usedmototcycles.net I sent the seller an email and then got a respond from Motorstraders saying the bike is available. I proceeded to do more investigation and came to the conclusion that I would give a downpayment. I did so and then they asked me to give them the rest of the money before they would ship. I was searching the Internet for a used motorcycle and fould a site called www.usedmotorcyles.net and found a suitable bike I was interested and then proceeded to contact the seller through this site. I got an email that stated it was available. I did more due diligence and after 5 days decided to give a downpayment. I then received another email requesting that they needed the remaining balance before shipment would happen, which was not part of the agreemnet. The agreement was that I would get a 10 day free look period to inspect the bike and keep it if I approved then send the remaining balance. After mutiple conversations through a chat thread on their site and emails, telling them that this was not acceptable they said they just changed their policy to get the balance owing before shipment would occur. I requested a full refund of my deposit which was agreed to. They said I would receive it in 10 days max. Well its been 10 days and no refund as a matter of fact their site is now down and gives a 404 error. Please use this to help yourself. I will update if anything should happen.

After a few days back and forth with one of their agents (Michael) I then requested a full refund of my deposit. A reply said I would get a full refund of my down payment and was told I would have it in 10 days max. Well guess what 10 days have passed no refund and now their site is down. Learn from this experience and do not do business with them. I will follow up if anything should happen.
