Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I purchased free downloads for $30.00 from mototones. It was supposed to be a lifetime membership. Not even two months later the website is gone. This is horrible. They made a lot of money off people like me who bought the $30.00 subscription.
Is there anything I can do to get my money back or some sort of compensation. I had a contract with them. I pay them $30.00 they give me free downloads. I paid them my $30.00 where is my service?
Please let me know what I can do.

I work for what is now instatones.com and this site is not a rip-off. We had sent out a mass email to all of our members telling them that www.mototones.com had been changed to www.instatones.com. Obviously not everyone recieved that email. The change has been made so that in the future we can offer our site to other phones as well and not just motorola phones. The site is exactly the same and any one who was previously a member of mototones.com will still be able to log in using the same username and password at instatones.com. We are sorry if this changed confused any one and we hope to see you back and customizing your phone at instatones.com.
