Mototones.com ripoff- paid $30 sevice fee for lifetime downloads and now the web site dissappeared!! - Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I found mototones online and bought the $30 lifetime membership for a for unlimited downloads for my nextel phone. Well now 3 months later the web site has majically dissappeared! So in other words they just ripped thousands of people off for all this money!! They will probably claim bankruptcy and get off and go open a new web site under a different name so they can continue ripping people off.
This is a horrible scam!! This is exactly why people like me dont like purchasing from on-line sites. This is a horrible situation and I am very unhappy about this. I want to know is there legal issues here with this scam. That can't be legal!!

I also had a membership to Mototones, and was informed by email in February or March of 2005 that the name changed as did the link. They provided the new name and new website link in the email. But if your email changed from when you signed up, you would not have received the information.
The new name of the site is Instatones, and the link is http://www.instatones.com.
