Mountain Brooke Pools Frank Giaimo Paid for several contracts and never completed the work Soddy Daisy, Tennessee

On October 8, 2010 I entered into contract with Mountain Brooke Pools - owner Frank Giaimo to do repairs to my home pool and resurface my garage, porch and driveway with a spray finish.  He was paid in full in the amount of 10,570.00 in form of downpayment, then partway through and also some along as he proceeded.  He received all of his money but failed to complete the pool repairs or the porch and driveway.

He also sold me a color light for 800.00 which would not fit into the niche in my pool.  He took my existing light out and would not return it as well as the controller for the color light was never given to me either.

He also refinished the bottom of my pool which cracked within 3 days because he waited too long to refill the pool with water. 

I got him the job across the street of finishing their driveway and also a garage floor 1 street over from me. He left my job and finished these and would not complete mine.  He promised me numerous times that he would finish the pool and porch and driveway but he never would show up.

Now he will not even answer his phone or return my calls.

I had to pay another concrete company 4300.00 to finish the conbcrete work on my pool that he was paid to do and never would complete.  I also had to purchase another light like the one he kept which cost me over 200.00.

This man is totally not honest and will not fulfill the contract that he signed.

I have copy of the contract and receipts for every penny of the contracted price I paid him.

He works in Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama but lives in Soddy Daisy, TN which is just outside of Chattanooga.  He had an office also in Atlanta, GA which he has closed.  He lived in Woodstock, GA while he operated in Atlanta market.
