Mountain Threads Scammed me out of a $300 Rental Golden Colorado

My friends and i rented some ski jackets and pants for our ski trip over spring break. We placed our order online and was told our equipment would be delivered to our hotel in Keystrone. After we arrived at our hotel we couldn't find where our rental equipment was at. We asked the front desk and No one knew about our rentals. I called the phone number the company provided in an email and No one answered the phone.... We tried calling 3 times. Our group wanted to ski first thing in the morning and we had to buy a ski jacket that night to use. I called the next evening talked to some kid at the shop who didn't know anything about my order. He claimed we never ordered from their company. However, my credit card was charged and I never received our rental equipment. We got screwed out of $300 and the company refused to refund me. This whole issue almost ruined our vacation. I feel as if this company is using this scam on other people. So BEWARE!
