Move Builder Lisa Lefevers. Operations Manager, These moves was covered by insurance .Move Builder move me total of 2 times and both moves things was broken. The mover was not professionals. Unprofessional laugauge used, smell of alcohol, and lazy. When my claim was submitted to the claims department it took 6 months for anyone to contact me . I had to call them. I left messages for the operation manager , Lisa, a total of 8 times and she never called back. When I did speak with her I called her back. Her attitude was very negative and no care about my claim.  Move Builders move me twice though the company I am employed with. Both times the move was not professionals and was not done in a timely manner. The excuse for this was a staff member called off are didn't show up. On the last move it was really bad things got broken because of it not being properly placed on the truck , it rained in the truck and things got wet and molded. Mind all items was covered by insurance and now Move Builders don't want to take care of the claims. Very poor customer service. They don't return calls and it has been 6 months since I moved in. The Operation Manager Lisa Lefevers is a terrible employee that has no care about my claim. I left her messages after messages and she never returned my call. When I did speak with her I called her. Along with that she has tried to close my claim without me being satisfied. Never use them
