Move it Forward, INC Charged more than quoted and delivered late with a miserable service! Las Vegas, Nevada

if you are looking for a company to move your stuff please (and i beg you again) please beware of this company!!!!
the history is long but i will try to sum it up.

at the moment they contact you they are the politest people ever. 
charlie in sales is the nicest ever .......until you pay !!!! after that you will not hear from him anymore. 
jessica is a genius in letting you on hold and sending your calls to non-answering phone numbers and jeff and anthony are the best dispatcher ever if you want to destroy all your stuff!!!!

this is my nightmare in bullet points:

1) they needed to pick up my things on the 14th, well they arrived the 16th when we were already at the airport, therefore my neighbor couldn't do else than signing a paper were $550 dollars additional were charged (how convenient !!!). 

2) the delivery date was after 15 days and they arrived after 40 !!!!!

3) first phone call:" where'is my stuff?" answer: "we don't have your delivery address"
4) 15th phone call" where is my stuff?" answer: we're looking for a truck to deliver it (after 25 days!!!!)
5) 20th phone call" where is my stuff" answer:' we'll call you back!!!!!!!!!!! never got an answer!!

i told them i need to let my condo know the delivery date with 2 days in advance in order to have a permit, well guess what, they call me two hours before the delivery and they tell me "we'll be there in two hours!!!!"

the truck arrives with only one guy to unload and a bill that is over charged with $550 more !!! "if you don't pay we'll take everything to a storage and you will need to pay them to deliver back to you!!!! by the way hurry up because after one hour the driver will start charging for his time!!!

what choice do i have??? i started unloading the truck with the poor guy they pick up somewhere in vegas, i paid, they opened the truck  and guess whattttttt??????????  most of the boxes are crashed, the bike is broke, my wifes stuff is all over the floor of the truck, one of the beds has a hole, some toys of my son are broken and i could go on for hours, and "no" i didn't have an insurance, believe it or not they are good on selling a service they don't have.

By the way they charged me $35 for a TV crate and they just taped into cardboard!!

i hope the owner of this company (maybe a mr jacob that of course is impossible to reach ) reads this review. here is my advice for mr jacob. close the company and start selling potatoes in a farmer markets, you don't know how a moving company works neither the meaning of the word service!!!!

you don't deserve not even the only star i gave you but i needed to put it in order to write a review.

by the way, i have all the conversations on the phone recorded and pictures of my stuff on the truck!!!
