Moveit Usa RIpped off Damaged property Over charged Pompano Beach Florida

The same exact thing happened to me on May 5-12,2014. I was so scared for my life. Didnt bring furniture when he said. Then when he did arrive he wanted $1800 in cash. I asked to see furniture he wouldnt even open the truck. He started hollowing and talking in a threating manner. I would not give the driver the money. I kept asking to see my furniture.The driver was still demanding that $1800. He still didnt let me see the Furniture but got back in the truck threating me and telling me he wasnt going to give me my furniture until I pay first. Then he drove off with the furniture. !!!!

I called the police who came after he had left. The he called me on the phone saying the same thing.The ower of Moveit USA called me and demanded I pay.Stating I need to pay my bills saying things hurtful, humiliating, discriminating, and scandalizing my name. The officer heard the whole conversation. He the officer stated he couldnt intervene because of the owner on the phone and the driver had left.

The driver returned to deliver the furniture after the conversation on the phone. I went across the street to get money orders. Paid the driver with money orders. Got the receipt which he threaten me again that he wouldnt deliver my furniture if I didnt sign the paperwork.But he woldnt sign in New York nor in Georgia. I still hadnt seen my furniture even after signing paperwork and paying him. He talked about my health, my religion, my furniture, my financial status, etc. I was so scared for my life. 

The driver started taking other people things off the truck to get to my things. Then he started throwing my things off the truck. He was ALONE when he came to pick up my furniture.So I got my SON to help the driver trying to be nice. He was supposed to pay him. It took two(2) days to load my furniture. I had to leave later than expected and couldnt DIALIZE (health issue) because of the driver's neglience.So the driver is alone again to deliver. He takes so many breaks I lost count.Still throwing furniture out of truck. Im calling people trying to get someone to come where we were at my storage. By now Im locked in my truck because Im so afraid to say anything to him or get out of the truck. The driver is in a RAGE and ANGRY with me for not giving HIM cash.!! He's acting eractic again.!!

Then he stops again and leave. The truck and furniture are left unattended. He comes back with two(2) strange guys(men) that Ive never seen. At that same moment one(1) guy jump the fence. Im really scared for my life. They started to unload the truck. One guy left and the rest stayed. They unloaded for a while and rested numerous times.I took pictures and videoed them throwing the furniture out of the truck. They drugged my mattresses. And a lot of my forniture. Its around 12a now, the driver brings me more paperwork to sign. I cracked window to get it. It stated to sign if my furniture was delivered in good condition. I didnt sign.The driver never signed anything and wouldnt after I told him too.He started acting eratic again.

I called the police again and left. I waited across the street for them. They camed and I told them about what was happening. The police got the code and went to talk to them. They came out with the police parked truck on side of road with strange guys with him. The driver walked over to my car asking for that paperwork. I told I didnt have it that I had thrown it away he started acting eratic again but the police stopped him. He left and the police waited until I went back and locked storage. Thats when I found all my furniture broken, damaged and mattresses filtey nasty dirty. I have pictures!! Im so upset and distressed. I cant even put furniture in house because of the damages!!Someone please help.
