Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
BEWARE when purchasing DVD's from Movie Mars, Inc. I am the most recent ripoff victim of purchasing a DVD (Planes, Trains and Automobiles) on-line from them. There was no warning message about the "Wrong Region". Why would I want to purchase a UK version when they know they are shipping to Massachusetts in the USA? Shame also on Amazon for supporting this DVD supplier. It costs more to ship back so they can resell it to someone else. Guess I eat this one and save someone else the pain.

Having used them before, it does state on the description what the region is of the DVD. Like region 1, 2 ,3, 4 or whatever. You need to know what your region is and purchase the right region for you. Or get a region free dvd player. How do they know you aren't from the UK with a UK dvd player? if they had shipped you a US region DVD and you really did want the UK one, wouldn't you be just as ticked?
