I purchased a 3d DVD from Movie Mars, Inc thru Amazon.com. It was listed as a region free DVD. When I attempted to play it on my USA blue ray player, it would not work. The message indicated that the DVD was from some other region. I contacted Movie Mars, Inc through Amazon. I received an email reply from Movie Mars stating that since the DVD had been opened I could not return it or get a refund of the purchase price or shipping charges. I called Amazon and explained and Amazon refunded my money.
