I went On EBAY and I bought a movie from MOVIE MARZ. I used " BUY IT NOW ". They repoterd that they have 26 Copies. They said in their listing it would take 1 to 2 weeks by mail. MOVIE MARS sent me a tracking no#. They sent it by a differt compnay than USPS. It left MOVIE MARS late JULY, they say . I followed it till mid AUGUST. The carrier in MIAMI FLORIDA gave my movie to the USPS. I still had not seen the movie.

I called the carrier and they say not their problem. I sent many EMAILs to MOVIE MARS. They went unanswered.
When I filed a EBAY DISPUTE. I received two or three emails from three differant people. One offered to refund my $1.00 for the movie and they keep the $5.99 shipping. One offered to refund all the money. Then they sent a rebuttel email. They will find me a new copy from their vender. It will take one or two weeks. It has been two and half weeks. Start time to now is two months 3 weeks, till now. NO MOVIE, NO EMAIL, NO MONEY.

Our items are shipped through a partnership between several major carriers and delivered by the USPS. We ship 10,000 items on an average business day and unfortunately items do occasional become lost. We ask customers to allow 3 weeks for delivery and then offer to send a duplicate item at no charge as long as the address supplied is correct.

We always attempt to respond to each email received. If a paypal dispute was filed, then the order would have been refunded via the resolution center there.
