MCI was given our moving job from Budget Van Lines. Our total amount was doubled, we were told our belongings would be here in 7-10 days. As of 30 days later, we still have not received our belongings, the price has continued to increase even after the final weigh was done on our belongings. We have been told twice that our belongings were in route to our home only to find out they were sitting in Denver Colorado for over 2 weeks, in the meantime more than one employee lied to us and said that our belongings would be here in 3 to 4 days. When we requested a re weight the supervisor at MCI refused and said that he wasnt even going to have the driver bring our belongings and he would put it in storage and we would be responsible for storage fees.

Well where to start? My belongings were picked up 2 days late without any communication to what was going on. "Anderson" arrived to tell me that my 1200 wore was now a 3600 quote funny thing is when I said thank you for your time and no thank you, it became lets make a deal 2400 to 2100 unfortunately since they were late I had to be out of my apartment by the next day I agreed. 5 hours later to load a 1 bedroom apartment 30 feet to a trailer all on the bottom floor, well a mattresses boxspring and exercise bike upstairs. I eventually got tired of the slowness of it and brought it downstairs. Here I am over a week late on delivery to West Palm Beach, still sitting in an empty apartment and waiting for this joke of a company will not return phone call or repeated messages! Well that is until I called and explained that I have reported them to the better business bureau did they sigh like this happens a lot then was told we will call you back after we talk with our dispatcher, still sitting here without anything I entrusted to this "company"!
