YOU ARE 100 % RIGHT
I AM POSTING THIS on the Rip Off report website, because Rip Off report site is legitimate
Consumers can post their complaints and in most cases have the complaint completely resolved. This website also allows the corporations to respond and state their case. RIP OFF is not bias because the owners here have no monetary gain. I found that Rip off Report has been very fair in handling any complaints, and did not slander people
Unfortunately another website targeted toward MOVING tries to mimic the Rip off Report .
Not only is this site BIAS. They are making a fortune by redirecting innocent customers to their sponsoring moving companies
Movingscam.com its owner, mediators and profile holders are promoting and recommending four International Movers on their web site FOR REFERAL FEES that they are receiving from these four companies.
Movingscam.com its owner, mediators and profile holders are trashing any other company involved in the International Moving (including all of our known competitors, some of them we know are excellent companies operating for 20 years in this field)
These experts repeatedly advise the public about companies not being licensed by the FMC and operate illegally, when in fact, these companies are licensed
Falsely slandering and tarnishing peoples good name and reputation Advising horrible facts and fictitious stories for example; a criminal fugitive residing in same apartment as one of our competitors
To summarize this important issue:
It is obvious that a major part of the postings on this web site are generated by unscrupulous individuals and companies with their own economic interests at heart, trying to steer away potential customers and direct them for their own benefit.
Some individuals may follow the advice, recommendations and this fantastic information
In particular one member MUSIC MOM -- Sharon Bayolo
One of our moving consultants drew my attention to the lengthy communication and the advice given on this site by one Music Mom whose real name is Sharon Bayolo to a guest.
Sharon Bayolo AKA Music mom uses Slanderous unfounded information against individuals, and scare tactics against people who I know are very reputable.
It is amazing how ONE sided her point of view is when it comes to MOVING companies on their THAT PAY Moving Scam REFERAL FEES.
THE MOST NATORIOUS MOVING COMPANIES are not even mentioned in moving scam
I know of several instances that a complaint against a Sponsoring company was posted and then completely removed
Although TIM claims that any company can respond to a complaint. Any legitimate response from a company that does not pay or sponsor to moving scam is REMOVED
And to top it all
See highlighted the posting directly from moving Scam ADMITTING they get paid to slander people
Is not this a beauty?: In the interest of full disclosure:- Moving Scam is receiving a referral fee from the four moving companies listed above for every move with them that is booked from this website
Promoting 4 companies for financial gain and trashing nearly any other knowing International Mover?.
Providing Emailed recommendations? a private shipper out of appreciation, search the net and found Moving scam and than put all the time to email Recommendation email I don't think so
More likely the competing companies involves are spending the time fabricating Recommendation Emails and also trashing their competitors
This is quoted directly from their site :
Some companies that have done a good job for people posting on MovingScam.com are the following:

Security Storage Company at www.wemove4u.com, 800-345-0673 (ask for Michael or email him - mz at wemove4u.com). (Please restore @ for "at" in the above addresses before emailing.) In the interest of full disclosure:- MovingScam is receiving a referral fee from the four moving companies listed above for every move with them that is booked from this website Posted: Thu Apr 14, 2005 11:26 pm Post subject: Reviews of international movers (June 2004 to present)
Please note that any complaints on the above 4 companies were dismissed or deleted
TO SUM IT ALL UP
I have contact the FBI the following two points:
1. The issue of www.movingscam.com generating revenue from referring customers to the four un-trashed Movers. And violation to the law .
2. The issue of www.movingscam.com its owner, mediators and profiles owners advertising misleading and false information about licensees. Laws and INDIVIDUALS. With full intent to maliciously damage their good name and business
3. We consulted with a group of attorneys and are in the process of initating class action lawsuit against Movingscam.com , its owner, mediators and profile holders for deformation of character slander and liable I will post all contact details for all that are interested
**************UPDATE*********************************
I am not opposing the right for anyone to voice the opinion nor are we debating our constitutional right fro freedom of speech.
Moving scam is actually breaking the law by slandering innocent people FOR FINANCIAL GAIN ONLY FULL STOP
They are not the consumers advocate nor do they allow the freedom of speech on their website. Every legitimate company that tried to respond to any complaint had their postings REMOVED .. So this is not a case of voicing an opinion or a complaint.
Most of the postings are done by Moving owner, mediators and profile holders. (NOT FROM CONSUMERS) The Sole purpose of trashing any other company involved in the moving industry is FOR FINANCIAL GAIN (as they are being paid off)
In the most recent LAWSUIT against Tim Walker and Moving Scam:
Nationwide Relocation Services v. Walker
Case 0:07-cv-60983-
Summary Threat Type: Lawsuit Date: 07/11/2007
Status: Concluded Location: Florida
Moving company Nationwide Relocation Services ("Nationwide") sued Tim Walker, Walker's company, Consumers First Corp., which runs the MovingScam.com website, and several contributors to the MovingScam.com forum after Walker and the other contributors criticized the company's services. According to the complaint, the website used the trademarks of Nationwide and other moving companies without permission and published statements indicating that Nationwide engaged in "scams," while at the same time trying to induce customers to purchase moving-related products and services from the site and its advertisers. Nationwide sued for false advertising, trademark infringement, unfair competition, defamation, and tortuous interference with business relationships in Florida federal court.
Defendants Sharon Bayolo and Farrah Leigh Wanner each moved to dismiss, Bayolo for lack of jurisdiction and Wanner for failure to state a claim. As a result, Nationwide amended its complaint, and the court denied the motions as moot.
In October 2007, Walker and Consumers First moved to dismiss for improper venue, failure to state a claim, and lack of personal jurisdiction. The court denied the motions, finding that Walker and Consumers First specifically targeted the Southern District of Florida in operation of the website, thereby establishing jurisdiction and venue, and that Nationwide's claims were sufficiently stated.
In April 2008, Nationwide amended its complaint again, and the defendants Walker, Consumer First, and Wanner filed an answer.
8/6/2008 - The parties settled the case.
Court documents prove that MOVINGSCAM is benefiting from this Industry (ALL PUBLIC RECORD) and that they do accept $$ for redirecting customers to a few SELECTED Paying companies
I believe in the justice system AND this is not a lost cause

Testimonial for Move from Princeton (U.S.A.)
to Zurich (Switzerland)
Dear Doug,
I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for how smoothly our overall move from
Princeton, NJ, U.S.A., to Zurich, Switzerland, went. As you probably already know, the move
commenced on 20th Jul 2010 and concluded on 20th Oct 2010. Three parties were involved:
Rainier Overseas Movers, University Vanlines (subcontracted packers) and Dijkshoorn Euromovers
(subcontracted deliverymen). My overall rating for the experience is 9/10 and I will certainly
recommend your company to my colleagues in the future. My detailed experiences are described
as follows.
Following a search on the website www.movingscam.com and also a check with the Better
Business Bureau database, I initiated contact with three companies, including Rainier Overseas
Movers (on 31stMar 2010). I decided on Rainier because you gave the most detailed and transparent
responses of all three companies, which I really appreciated. I also appreciated the fact that I was
dealing directly with the Director of International Business Development and not a subordinate
who was not fully in charge. My dealings with you were always prompt and professional, and you
consistently focused on swift problem-solving. My rating for Rainier is 9.5/10.
My experience with University Vanlines was a different story. After an initial visit by Bill
Quigley to do a preliminary estimate (400 cubic feet), I tried in vain to call him 4 times, in addition
to sending emails, to request a more accurate estimate a week before the packing date. None of
my calls were answered and I never heard from him again. Six days after the move (26th Jul
2010), I received an email from you (probably relayed from Bill) that my cargo now occupied 600
cubic feet. This was the most unpleasant part of the experience because it was precisely why I
was trying to contact Bill before the packing date in the first place. It also meant that the moving
cost was now about US$3000 over budget (from about US$5000). This caused me extreme stress
because it occurred a few hours before I was scheduled to catch a flight, but I must commend
you on how quickly you resolved the situation in a calm, rational manner. To their credit, the
University Vanlines packing crew when they arrived on 20th Jul 2010 were polite, thorough
and extremely professional. I would rate the packing crew at 9/10, but the University Vanlines
administration only at 4/10.
My experience with Dijkshoorn Euromovers was also positive. They sent me a package asking
for specific paperwork, which I sent back to them. The paperwork cleared customs without a
glitch. The two Dutchmen who carried my belongings into the apartment (up 3 floors) were swift,
professional and kept the place very clean. The only unexpected surprise was that my pull-up rack
was not delivered. One of the Dutchmen did a check and we found out that it was struck off the
inventory. This was indeed done with my explicit approval back in July (while we were resolving
the problem of reconciling the post-packing estimate of 600 cubic feet with the initial quote of 400
cubic feet); my only complaint is that I was never told whether the rack was retained or discarded
until the date of the delivery. My rating for Dijkshoorn is 9/10.
In summary, I am very happy with my experience with Rainier Overseas Movers and I have
no regrets choosing your company. I wish you continued success in your business. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Kevin Heng (Dr.)
