MP 3Rocket paid twice for their lifetime version and now it still will not work properly, and keeps asking for more money. Internet

I have purchased this company's product twice, now it will not work no matter what I attempt to correct the problem, even going back to mail I recieved to install it following their instuctions for current members. while using the lower version they continually ask me to upgrade over and over, I have bought this upgrade including all additional offers such as unlimited movies and games also T.V. and radio, faster downloading. This is a rip off, I paid for the lifetime offer that lasts about two months I refuse to pay for it a third time.
