I purchased a Wheel Deal machine from them at the Quarryville, PA auction in September 2018.  The machine was marked 'complete and working', but I later discovered it was neither complete nor working.  It was missing two crucial parts that cost $400 from the manufacturer to replace.  At first their attitude was, since I didn't pay much for it (a "scrap price" according to them), I got a good deal.  After a few emails, they reluctantly agreed to refund me what I paid, provided I return the machine to them, but w/o any compensation for travel time (5-hour trip for me).  At that point I ordered a new motor (at the time, that was the only part I was aware that I needed), for $200.  They offered to pay me $75 towards the purchase price, and I agreed.

A week later, they email me to say the "parts" are on the way (?).  I again reminded them I already ordered the part I needed, and to send me a return label for the parts they sent and to follow through with their refund offer.  A few days later, I received the new motor I ordered and installed it, only to realize the board that controlled it was missing, another $200 part, which I informed them of.  They again agreed to send me a refund, but only for $75, which they eventually did, and told me to keep the parts they sent - parts I didn't need.  So needless to say, there are no 'good deals' from this company, only aggravation.

Auction Game Sold As Is Condition

AUTHOR: M&P Amusement Company - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, October 17, 2018

We sold this machine at a auction. The auction house marked the machine complete. It was a error. We offer you a full refund. We offer you replacement parts. The game was purchased for $100.00. You wanted to keep the machine since you bought parts for the machine. We gave you a 75% refund and provided free parts. If there is anything else we can do to make this better please let us know. Again this was not a retail purchase with any promises. The machine was available for view before bidding.
