On 11/2/2003 I visited their website describing how you could download music and streaming video for a one time fee of $24.95. You could cancel your membership after 30 days for a complete refund if you were not satisfied.

Website states a 100% Iron Clad Money Back Guarantee.

Terms and Conditions of the contract states, "After the 30 day trial has ended, you may cancel anytime. To cancel your membership, you must nofify our support by e-mail.

Because of the guarantee, I subscribed to the service.

On 12/7, 12/8, 12/13, 12/16, 12/29, I sent emails requesting cancellation and the full refund promised on their website. I have all copies and receipts of correspondence.

They never responded to my emails. . . NO REFUND as promised.
