mp3netonline-i never signed up for this because i have the new vista program on my computer and it doesn't allow downloads. imagine my surprise when i get my bank statement and $61.66 has beeen taken out of my account for something i never purchased.
downloadservicearea.com-purchased a music download service with debit card not realizing my new vista program didnt allow downloads. when i contacted downloadservicearea.com by e-mail, they informed me that my money would be refunded being that i could not get the service.money would be put back into my account within 72 hours. nothing. contacted them again and was told the same thing. a week later and the money is still not in my account. that amount was $40.90. so i'm out $102.56 that i cannot afford to lose. are these people so greedy for money that they have to cheat people to get it. shame on you.

went to noreply@marketbill.com. For some reason thats how you get ahold of the people for mp3netonline. Or was. All return e-mails to me say the same thing. Word for word. Cant get money back seven day cancellation policy. Even though they know I didn't order or authorize any payment to them for anything. Also stated that I was billed for limewire. Only limewire site i ever visited was a free site. Cant download anyway. What is being done with these people? Even info@downloadservicearea.com reimbursed my money after seven day cancellation policy was past. They realized that i should not pay for something i can't get.

on 4-20-07, got in contact via e-mail with mp3netonline. even knowing that i cant get music downloads on my computer, they still offer various downloads.Won't even consider reimbursing my money. Said it was beyond the seven day cancellation policy. What is $61.66 to these people especially if they have ripped off many others. I just dont get it. Do they get some sort of thrill ouit of stealing from hard working people? Tried again today to e-mail them, and all of a sudden their e-mail can't be found.Looks like I got scammed big time. Beware of any music download area. You never know who else lurks in the background waiting for those important credit card numbers.

infor@downloadservicearea.com has reimbursed me the $40.90 as promised, but when i e-mailed mp3netonline i was told that I was billed the $61.66 through limewire service that i ordered. The only limewire site i tried to get was a free site, so where did they getmy card number to bill it? Even after telling them that i have read of their scams, they pretend not to know what i'm talking about. I cannot get download services through my computer program so why should i pay for something or try to download something i know i cannot get.

Last week contacted downloadservicearea.com and was told money would be refunded within 72 hours. It wasn't. another e-mail, was told the same thing. Still nothing. Last e-mail said it would be 7-14 days before they could refund my$102.56. contacted them on4/18/07 and now i'm getting no reply. So much for promises. No reply from MP3netonline.com either
