We downloaded this site for our kids to load music for their mp3palyers and could not get any music or anything, frustrated all weekend for us, after we purchased it. It said it will the charge on my card will be MP3NETONLINE.COM for $24.88 of lifetime full & Acess, it said to contact them with any problems and there is not an e-mail adress or phone number, How do I get a refund? or cancel my membership.

I joined what I thought was a lifetime membership to also download music at MusicMemberArea. Had a horrible time signing in. Never installed anything. Was charged $23.46 and the charge on my card was through MP3NETONLINE.COM. After realizing I had been scammed, (because you can do what you were paying for, for free on limewire.com) and contacted MusicMembersArea three times. The last email I sent I told them I new I had been scammed, so on and so on. Always recieved the same reply from a Michelle, it stated that they have all this great stuff and you should refer them to a fried. In the meantime I also emailed MP3NETONLINE and told them that I had been scammed and how irritated I was by what had happened. I never got a reply, but a about 5-7 days later my account had been credited back the $23.46. If you go to contact on the MP3NETONLINE site you have to enter your email and then place your complaint and then it will allow you to submit it. Good Luck.
