The allegations of Bmem.net remain true. This person/company has yet to respond for the paid merchandise that was never shipped. 

Manuel (supoosedly an accountant!!!!) mentioned to us back in december that he was out of cash. So he requested a copy of all the charged transactions that we had done since we started doing business in or around September of 2013.  Manuel was promptly provided with the confirmation sheets that were given to us when we had charged the customers cards.  Manuel the next day came to me and said that we have charged X amount. And that he had shipped X amount of orders, and that he is missing X amound of money.   Manuel also charges orders on his end in cash or check as he could not get a merchant account again or use PAYPAL becuase of prior chargbacks....  All the receipts that were charged by Bmem.net were paid in full to Manuel.   What Manuel does not understand is that he shipped orders that were out of Bmem.net's control, being that of orders from other sources, his employee theft, or for X reason.    Manuel is basically blaming his carelessness on Bmem.net becuase he could not control his shipping, billing or whatever department.... And I remind you Manuel is an Accountant. So he should know a thing or two about buying and selling, profit and loss, net and gross.... Etc....lol!!!!

Now, We have a even bigger handfull of the chargebacks from the customers that did not receive there orders.

MPK did receive full payment from Bmem.net.

 MPK / Manuel refuses to answer his phone(s). Emails STILL remain unanswered.

 The Attorney general of California has been contacted as well regarding this situation, in which is taking preventative measures, in case any more reports of this company are made.

The customers that issued chargebacks for the orders that were never shipped, are all in there right to do so, as leading them on for over month that there order will be shipped is absolutely wrong.

We have also obtained an invoice from a local storage facility here in San Diego, California, in which he left a total of $1291.55 dollars owing and refuses to pay!  From just a little investigation on our end we have also found out that he owes thousands of dollars to a well known transport company as well in which has gone unpaid.

This person is a scam artist, he uses and abuses of trusted ones around him.  If you are a friend, neighbor, partner of this person and or company, be vary cautious as he befriends you, gets your trust and then turns around and royally SCREWS you. Just Like he did to us.

He talked about how his ex business partners and how they stole money from him, took away business.  How other persons who were helping him charge orders as well would keep his money and not pay him.

But guess what!  Its all a HOAX.  Its his way of earning your trust, getting in your inner circle.  And BAM.  Before you know it, because of him YOU OWE EVERYONE MONEY.  BLAMING HIS FINANCIAL CARELESSNESS ON YOU. THE GOOD GUY!.     PLEASE. PLEASE. PLEASE Think twice before Investing, partnering, or even buying from this person or his company.

Several of his friends / suppliers etc are also our friends and acquaintances and have told us that he has been bad mouthing me and our company.  Funny though that these people have told that this guy looks like he can barely hold it together, trying to make everyone feel sorry for him.  Saying this we have not told them the whole defrauding story as this would as "MANUEL SAYS "  snoop down to his level.

MERCHANDISE NOT RECEIVED 12.14.13. CUSTOMER WAS TO RECEIVE KITCHEN CABINETS. CUSTOMER CONTACTED MERCHANT TELEPHONE 6195348825 AND 18888232924 AND MERCHANT HAS NOT BEEN PICKING UP THE PHONES.

My name is Manuel Mercado and I am the owner of MPK Kitchens.  I am responding to the allegations of Joe Padlowsky owner of BMEM.Net whom has made false accusations about our company and myself. This company sells Electronic Components and software.  We did not drop ship any of the customers order due to unpaid balance owed by Joe and his company. 

I did spoke to him in various occasions about paying his balance and he stated that he did not owed us any money.  I showed him proof of the balance owed to us and he was reluctant to pay.  Thus we stopped shipping out orders on the unpaid balance.  

Joe is aware of where he can locate me but he has not made any attempts to contact me via email, phone or in person.  Customers whom have bought from us have had their orders delivered or we have refunded them in full.

I am not going to bad mouth Joe or BMEM.net because it is like steeping down to this persons level.  I can assure you that we have had hundreds of satisfy customers and this is the first time I have encounter this situation.
