Mr C's Towing Mr C's Towing stole my car on 9/19/2009 in the middle of the night from my parking stall #24 parked in a security gated apt complex and are charging me Towing fees and storage fees. On September 19, 2009 somtime in the middle of the night Mr C's towing gained entry to my Apt complex and stole my car from my parking space #24 and want to call it a legal tow I am a tenant 9mons South Gate, California

This company cannot go around towing tenants properties from there residence. It is a car jacking with a gun and forcing me to get out of may car and the Eden Roc Apts should better protect ther residents. There are about five cars that I went around looking at and taking photos of that have not stickers but what if you lose your sticker or it comes off there should be a  time of 24hrs from not seeing a sticker before towing stop to this maddness. I know that Companies are being hit by recesssion but does that give a company the right to steal your car and charge you for stealing it. and South Gate city of Chambers endorses this compnay no wonder they are doing these corruptive acts. If a person who steals your car from your drive way goes to jail why not the Tow Companies that steal you car. It seems as if the apt complex that I live should take some form of action towards this too. like fire the company. I need help this is my transportation to work and taking my daughter to school and going to Church. I know someone out there can help me. They still have it in the yard it is collecting storage fees I should not have to pay.
