Mr. Moonbounce llc Child left in tears Baltimore Maryland

I was all excited because it was my child's birthday and I had booked her favorite charecter Elsa from disney's frozen to come to her school. I booked the event with Mr. Moonbounce LLC. Who assured me he was a professional. I paid 212$ for Elsa to come to my daughters class on her very special day. After paying $212.00 and getting my 5 year old all excited for her special day.. Less than an hour before my event  I received a call from Mr. Moonbounce saying Elsa wouldn't b able to make it.. My world was crushed. With no time left to remedy the situation.. My daughters birthday was ruined..And I was left feeling like mommy had failed.

My daughter was in tears as her dreams of a special birthday with Elsa became a nightmare.. I was so upset & hurt I did not even go inside my daughters school for her party. I just dropped off her FROZEN themed cupcakes And sat in my car and cried. When I came back to pick up my child that evening... The look of disappointment on her face was heartbreaking. She cried to me as she told me how the kids teased her and called her a liar because Elsa didn't show up. So if this is the heartbreak u want your child to experience than call Mr. Moonbounce. I still don't know how my child will recover from such a devastating day..
