Mr. Mover Damage to Apartment as well as personal property - Will not return my calls! Orlando Florida

Mr. Mover is an absolutely awful company. The movers started their clock but did not start moving until 20 minutes later. They took many many smoking breaks and cell phone breaks. The two movers were so small, they could barely lift anything by themselves. They put three large dents in our old apartment wall (one went pretty deep into the drywall). When moving items on the dolly, they would not secure anything with rope or their hands. They completely destroyed our entertainment center and dented/scratched a few other items. They also put scratches on a couple walls of our new apartment.

On the day of the move, I called the company and left a message to explain the events of the day. Two days later, I called back again (since I never heard from anyone) and Rick answered the phone. The first comment he made to me was extremely sarcastic (about how they dont work 24 hours/day, 7 days a week). He had an excuse for everything. He told me that his movers dont take breaks and pretty much called me a liar. He was incredibly rude. I asked to speak to the owner of the company but he wouldnt let me. I asked for a copy of the moving contract and he promised to e-mail it to me. After about 6 more calls/messages to the company, we still have yet to hear from the owner and have yet to receive our contract.
