Mr. Movers Dallas - DFW Moving Contractors Unprofessional, RUDE, Careless, VULGAR Dallas Texas

 Mr Movers showed up late, did not bring any blankets, or wrap of any sort, as stated in the website.  Unqualified guys did not know how to use a floor dolly.  Guys did not know how to stack and load a moving van, had to load, unload several times in order to make room for all furniture.  They stood around wasting time trying to figure out how to load a large moving van, when we only had two bedrooms, dining room set along with a chair and a few boxes.  They had stuff sitting everywhere, no order what so ever.

General Mgr. Rich ended up coming out, after we complained and sent pictures via cell phone and stated these guys would indeed be fired when the job was over.  They had furniture piled on top of furniture, without any protection.

After move was done, which took several hours longer than it should have, we noticed alot of damage, including a huge crack down the middle of the headboard.  Rich saw this, stated "looks like we will be buying you a new bed". After the move was complete, he walked into the house, stated his guys would not admit to busting the headboard therefore he will not approve our claim. He walked out the door.

We were not given a receipt as stated on the website, they did not use any protective covering as stated in the website.

These guys did nothing they say they do in the website....totally unreliable, unprofessional...do not use this company.

The following day, we called to confront Rich regarding filing a claim.....all we got was Go FU#$#$# Yourself"...and hung up.  He would not accept or return our VM's.

Weeks later we were able to get in touch with a Scott in that same office.  He told us if we'd send pictures, and a letter stating what happened he'd make it right.  We mailed the package "certified" but received it back, "unaccepted"....

Please do not use this company, you will be sorry.....they do not stand behind their advertisments.  They do not do what they say.  They do not make good on anything they promise!!!!!
