Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I wish I would have seen the other complaints before I hired Mr.Sandless of Elkton Maryland to refinishing my wood floors. This does not work as advertised, it is a fraud, a ripoff and any other negative word you want to use. After 4 hours of work it looked like someone had just put a coat of wax on the floors. I do not know how they do the before and after pictures, but it is a big waist of your money. I might as well taken a $1,000 bill and set it on fire. If I can help someone else from making the some mistake, that will be fine. I do not know haow this company that is franchise all over the county can still be in business. Their headquarters is out of PA.

I see here that you are dissatisfied with your floors. I am sorry to hear that may I ask exactly why you did not contact us to find a solution to you concerns. Mr.Sandless Of Maryland has had over a 99% customer satisfaction since we opened. If you want to call I will be happy to personally discuss what can be done and come up with a plan to take care of you. We offer multiple services and if the Mr.Sandless proces was not the best fit then no problem we'll take care of you another way. I would like to point out that you did not call the office to complain or if you did, since you have posted no identifiable contact details on here, I am not aware of it. Please call me as we pride ourselvs on making customers happy. Slim, next timesomething hapens please reach out to the company for help instead of complain on a forum before you assume nothing can be done.
