Mr Sandless Hamilton office did my floors and within 1 week I had wood pieces popping out of my floor, followed by woodrot, warping and major damage beyond repair.

The Hamilton branch ignored my calls, later that franchise closed.

I was called by another Toronto franchise about 6 months ago (1.5 yrs after the event) who said she would call the US head office and at least get me a refund for the service I paid for. Not that that even comes close to covering the cost of new Oak flooring.

Head office couldn't care less and to date I live with vinyl tiles, which devalue the worth of my home.

Buyer beware of this company.

I used Mr. sand less and they ruined my floors to. I love in Ocean county nj and I wish I never used them. After 3 months my finish started wearing off too. Then after a year and a half, we are now getting splinters in our feet. These people have a lot of nerve for what they did to us. I put my own complaint as we'll with a picture. These people need to pay.
