Scott Compton (Real name: George Compton) came to our home and sold us (or should we say, scammed us) on the idea of re-modeling our garage.
His method of selling was very deceptive in the sense that he showed us pictures of previous work he's done that looked good.
We took him up and paid him 50% up front, he was very sloppy with the job, walked through our house with dirty shoes, and freely opened our fridge eating as he pleased.
Not only was he unprofessional - he was downright rude!
Here's where it gets real bad...Scott placed a layer of Epoxy on the garage floor and told us he would come back 5 days later to complete the job, before he left...he asked us to pay him for the full job done - this was strange to us, but we had good faith in Scott and he promised us that he would come back.
Scott Compton never came back to complete the job - and as we placed our cars in the garage the epoxy floor started peeling off.
We had to spend an additional $2,000 to have the garage fixed where he refused to fix his poor work.
The professionals who fixed his work informed us that he did not do any prep-work on the concrete surface of the garage and just placed the epoxy over it - this is downright dangerous to do.
We did a bit of digging around on Mr. Compton and found out that we're not the only victims he did this to - if you go here to the better business bureau web site:

You can see that many others have filed complaints against him.
Our advice is to stay away from this con-man. It will cost you more to fix his crappy work than for him to do anything.

This person has not told truth in this sutuation . We did do work did say we would come back and told customer that we had to reschedule the appt he said no an then went and finished job himself which in turn messed up project . Basically he refused to listen to what I was saying wanted to drive on his garage floor days before he should have . So in turn caused a problem.
Our response to this is to say we have a A rating with Bbb have many customers in Charlotte area that will be glad to say how good of a job we have done not only for one job but now 18 years . We have done work for 40,000 people I've 18 years and there's one I say one report like this . You would think if we were conning people we would have 1000s or at least two . We have no problem in helping customers but customers that don't listen and refuse to not wait for product to cure properly . Also would love to see what he spent $2000 the report is filled with half truths and lies .
I'm responding very strongly because this person him self has in his business many ripp off reports all over Internet . That's what he does he cons people all over world His name is alen sultanic through get rich schemes .
In end we would like to invite anyone that is looking to hire a trusted service provider to check out our references and Bbb we maintain a A rating and have resolved all complaints . We last year did work for 2000 people . I'm more then sure we can stand behind our reputation of giving great service .
