I purchased a watch from Mr. Watch and when I tried to return it they refused it saying there were scratches on the band. This watch was never worn.
I bought this watch through Sears.com who uses Mr. Watch - I will never buy anything from Mr. Watch or Sears again on line.
It is a shame to purchase something in good faith and have the company refuse to accept the return.
Buyers BEWARE of this company - if I had known that Sears.com was using Mr. Watch as a third party vendor -I would have researched Mr. Watch and discover that this is a common practice for them.
I am out $60.00 and have no recourse except to alert other potential customers to the fraudulant acts of Mr. Watch.
Again, DO NOT USE.
