I purchased a NEW LG CHOCOLATE from Mr. Wireless on 3/22/08 and I received the phone about 5 days afterwords.

When i took the pone out of the box it looked brand new to me with all the static covers everywhere on the phone. So I did not think anything about the photostat copied operating instructions.

On about Mid July I plugged in the phone into the car charger and it did not charge. I than tried it out later that day in the house and it was changing fine.

On Aug 14, 2008 my phone needed to be charged the car charger did not work, but it did after the one time that it did not, the 2 house chargers that I have did not work either. So I took the phone to Verizon, thinking that I had a manufacture warranty of 12 months, to see what the in store tech could do for me.

To my surprise I found out that the phone was not new and was used for the first time about 2 years ago on a different account. So what was my next step?

I finally found my credit card statement and than the phone # for Mr. Wireless and called. I called them on 8/28/08. Yes I know that time has passed, but you work 2 jobs and finding the time to spend about 4 hours into the research to fill out a complaint is also too time consuming.

They told me that because the purchase was over 60 days they could not do anything for me and that is because they have not record of my purchase anymore. I told tell that I had the credit card statement to prove that and they just went back to their return policy.

If you buy an advertised NEW product and receive a used product I don't care what you policy is and you would think if Mr. Wireless is a good company they would help you out.

Also I could not find them on e-bay anymore so beware and do not I repeat do not purchase any thing from MR. WIRELESS and if you look on the ripoff boards mine is not the only complaint.
