I had no idea so many people have been harrased by Pressler & Pressler since most people are uncomfortable
talking about their finances. I just might be the "poster child" for this law firm. My first encounter with Pressler & Pressler (P&P) was in 2003. From that day to the present I have received numerous Civial Action suits from them. (1) P&P notifed me that a judgement was in effect although I don't recall receving a summons to appear in Court. (2) A levy was initiated by P&P without notifying me and my checking account was frozen.
(3) I went to court to dispute their claim, and the judge reversed their motion in my favor. (4) A second suit was initiated although P&P knew I am judgement proof, see (3) above. (5) I have been threaten with being arrested numerous times. (6) A warrant is currently in affect for my arrest and an Officer from the Camden Couty sheriff's department served me on 10/31/07 for the same docket mentioned in (3) above. November 3, 2007
I received a court summons for another docket number. I have kept all of the documents regarding P&P since
they could prove to be beneficial especially if a class action suit is approved. I have also filed complaints
against P&P with Governor John Corzine's office and the FTC. I certainly would join the class action suit and
support any other remendy that would stop P&P from practicing in New Jersey. I can be reached at:

if I had just thought to fight it in court. Once they froze my account (which had my 1200 rent check in it), I figured they obvioulsy had me and I paid them.
