I placed an order with mrculpper.com 12/15. Email from them12/16 said it would ship UPS ground. Email from them 12/17 said item shipped via UPS ground and USPS. Emailed them to find out exactly how it shipped and requested tracking number. Email back from them said it shipped USPS- no tracking # provided.
12/23 I emailed them letting them know item was not received and asked if item did in fact ship. No response. 12/24 I called the 888 number and recieved no answer. Called again a few days later, still no answer. Trying to get help from bank to get my money back. Company is either scam or drop shipper that cannot handle order volume. Either way it's no way to do business.
