It is with great disappointment that I must add to the first complaint regarding MERCY CEPEDA of Ms. Mercy's Store, etc: Ms. Mercy's activities are now CRIMINAL; the check that she had been promising and which was eventually delivered, was bounced for NSF. She wrote me and my family a hot check purposely , as we suspected she would. I will file a police report here in Houston, but she will have the luxury of ignoring a summons, and in reality, how many police officers will be dispatched to arrest her if she is seen here in Houston? And again, in reality, she has not taken the responsibility for the burden of care to look after my fathers things; instead I suspect she is selling his property right and left, keeping the proceeds for herself and neglecting to unusable ruin, the other things she took , but cannot get rid of.

More than anything, it makes me wonder if she is also stealing from the elderly who are counting on the money? That really bothers me. I and my family were wanting to donate the proceeds to charity ( meals on wheels is my favorite) , but that idea was also a luxury; most people need the money from the sale of their property when someone dies.

I suppose she is of the character that were she to be confronted with the irrefutable evidence, she wouldn't stand there covered in shame; she would instead continue to bend reality to meet her purpose and that , in my book, is called LYING when it involves STEALING.

There is a criminal in Morgan City and if there is anything that I can do within my lowly power to stop her disgraceful, unlawful behavior, I would. But I don't know what to do.
