Ms. Norris And Ms. Todd Claim of Student Loan Default; GARNISHMENT THREATENED!! Norwell Massachusetts

I first became aware of this company back in early January, when "Lydia" began to call me at my job telling me that I owed over $40,000 in student loan debt (to be paid in full in spite of my being out of school for 1 Year at that point and to be in monthly installments). "Lydia" further said that my address was invalid when in fact I have lived at my residence for over 8 years. During that time, I have never received any bill or letter from either the US Department of Education or this firm.

I kept receiving calls from "Lydia" and her manager to send payment via FEDEX to a point that they were calling daily at my job (at times, 4 times per day and at one point, speaking to my co-worker about garnishing my salary) demanding a FEDEX tracking # to a point that I had sent them a letter back in late February demanding that both "Lydia" and any other person either directly working with that firm or associated with that firm to cease in contacting me or instituting any action towards me and also demanding that I see a breakdown or an original invoice. I have to date never received any original invoices or a breakdown of the charges.

Now, about 2 weeks ago, it started again; using the name "Ms. Todd" and identifying themselves on the Caller ID as NATIONWIDE CREDIT 770-933-6624, they had contacted my boss two weeks ago about this debt and also requesting garnishment information. Needless to say, I called back "Ms. Todd" immediately and informed her that speaking to my boss about this was crossing the line. This time, she had told me that my debt is now $55,000 and wanted full payment immediately. Now, using the name "Ms. Norris" with the caller ID identifyer OCWEN FINANCE 407-381-6700, they had called me for the past 3 days again at my job again demanding a FEDEX tracking #.
