On 2 November I ordered an owl print insulated lunch bag from MS Variety Store online. It is order number 6281. I paid for it using PayPal, and it was $19.95. Today is January 14. 2017, and I have yet to see ANY lunch bag. My order status is still "unfulfilled." I have tried to contact their email support multiple times, but it simply loops back around to the web. There is no phone number.
