MS Variety Store Scam, No item received, Never ships, No responses Internet

 My mother directed me to this shop because she saw a link to their site with an owl backpack she thought I would be interested in. I purchased the bag in October and it said the item would ship in 4-5 weeks. About 3 weeks in I emailed them at support@msvarietystore.net to see if there would be a way to track my package and they said they will track it when it ships and to email back if I have another problem. At the 6 week mark I emailed them again and asked when/if I would get my items and if I wasn't going to get them then could I get a refund. When I didn't here back I tried contacting them on Facebook. This time I added the exact text of my email along with information about when I tried to contact them. I also told them if I didn't get a response I would dispute my order with PayPal and file reports about them online to warn others about their company. They never responded and it appears they never actually opened the message as Facebook tells you when something was seen. At this point I put in the dispute with PayPal and they immediately escalated it because they couldn't contact the company. I am hoping I will get the charge overturned, but I want to make sure others are aware to avoid this site. If you use a card be especially wary as I imagine they keep the numbers. They are scam artists, plain and simple. They never intended on sending an item and were banking on people forgetting about orders so they can take the money and run. Please never shop at MS Variety Store. You will get scammed. Also my computer glitched when I was typing the email in the email section of the report.
