Do not hire Mark Tilford!! beware general contactors and sub contractors of this contractor. He takes on retail jobs and acts as a subcontractor, usaully drywall, painting or renovation work for retail construction. He take on jobs then farms out business. He is an incompentent sub at the highest level.
He is a con artist that bring on subs to complete his work then does NOT pay them. Usually leaving tabs to orignal contractor who hire him. then he'll promise to pay and end up pusing you past your lien right.
With no lien rights, he ends up lying and claiming shotty workman ship and you end up not getting paid! Dont deal with him!! He'll rip you off!! He owes my compay over $14,000!!! I warn other subs and G.C. of his unethecial dealing....STAY AWAY FROM HIRING HIM!!

Our firm never ripped this individual or firm off on any projects.
Secondly I need to know who this individual or firm that posted this claim.
Third, I want proof that either my firm or I have entered into an agreement with this person or firm.
Fourth, I need to have proof that not only was an agreement entered into between my firm or myself, and that this agreement was breached for non-payment by me and or my firm.
If this individual or firm will not provide this information, then this claim needs to be immediately removed from your site.
People believe what they read without verifying this information. This is stupid and what fools do every day. They agree and do something without verifying the facts. Rational thinking people ask for documentation, and then they fact check that information; then they act or make their decision based on their research and fact-checking. Fools don't do this.
Fools assume whatever they are told, even if what they are told is a TOTAL LIE.
I want this matter settled, and I want it settled in 5 business days from this date Feb. 8, 2018.
I will seek the courts and any government agency in resolving this matter; especially if the person posting this claim fails to document with verified facts.

Our firm disputes the claims filed by this individual and the company requested by the individual reporting this claim. Please provide proof of your claims in detail. If you are unwilling I will secure a court order to get this information released; and upon proof that your claims are not based on truth I will bring a successful legal case against you and the firm that you represent.
