Oliver Triana contacted me after I was denied for a home loan through www.valoanprogram.com. He advised me that his company would be able to assist me with removing inaccurate information from my credit report which would boost my beacon score enough to be approved for the loan. I signed the contract he emailed to me and sent it back in on 4/15/2008.

I made my payment for the retainer on 4/18/2008. Oliver told me before I made the payment that after I made the payment, he would have his people start sending out the letters to the credit bureaus on my behalf. According to his manager, the letters didn't go out until 4/28/2008.

Oliver was a very smooth talkier and sold me on the fact that he would stay in contact with me through the entire process. He said that within the first 30 days, I should start receiving letters from the credit bureaus and debtors. Oliver gave me all of his contact info.

Well, I never received any letters from the credit bureaus or debtors still to this day. Throughout the 70 days in the program, Oliver has been the hardest person to get in contact with. He never returns phone calls and only emailed me back after I complained. He had one of his co-workes, Luis, contact me instead. Luis said Oliver is very busy and he would help me instead. Luis did nothing but threaten to kick me out of the program everytime a payment towards my retaier didn't go through. Luis and I verified several times that the payments didn't go through because th payment department used the wrong credit card numbers.

There has been a significant lack of communication with this company. I haven't seen any results nor have I received any letters as they stated I should. I recently spoke to a manger who said he helped start the company. I asked him to provide me with some proof that they were working on my behalf and holding up their end of the contract. He was very rude and talked down to me as I was used to when talking to Luis. He eventually hung the phone up on me. I then finally received a call from Oliver. He showed some concern for the way I had been treated and promised to call me Friday 6/20/2008 with some results of the work they've done. I still haven't received that call, email or any notification.

I was told by Oliver, Luis, and the manager I spoke to that because I haven't sent them my final payment, they have kicked me out of the program and they're not working on my file anymore until they get the last payment. I am hesitant to send more money, as anyone would, to a company the hasn't provided me with service they promised. They all let me know that if I don't pay, then I just wasted 700 dollars. I have spent over 700 dollars with MSI Credit Solutions. For them to treat a customer this way is just terrible. I paid my money and haven't received any results. I would never suggest this company to anyone and I would warn anyone thinking about using them to beware. They will take your money like they did mine.

MSI is a joke

We hired MSI under the pretences that our credit scores would be significantly increased. We invested $1400 between myself and my husband. We were coerced with their smooth talking workers who act in the beginning as if we are their #1 priority. Let me tell you, after the retainer fees are paid and they begin to "work for free" everything changes.

We were never notified that MSI moved addresses so as we sent mail they were sending us letters saying that our accounts were innactive and they had exhausted all resources.

They had given examples of having deleted bankruptcies and foreclosures but for some reason werent able to delete $200-$300 hospital bills. To their defense, they raised our credit scores somewhat. My husband went from a 504 to a 570, according to MSI. According to the dealership we got our car from, it was actually a 540. So while they did make a small minor change, it was far from being worthy of they 1400 we paid. This company is out for one thing: to make money at any cost, including leading its customers to believe they are capable of deleting 70-90% of delinquent accounts on credit reports. HA!!!

Oh and another thing, Ricardo is the biggest jerk I have ever spoken to. When I told him I wasnt happy with my husband being at a 570 he told me we shouldnt have been so low to begin with and then maybe they could have helped us more. Who does he think he is to talk down to his customers and critisize their credit scores?! On top of that, he had the nerve to say my husband should have had all mail forwarded to him when he was deployed in Iraq.

Travis Dickens is making a bogus complaint. Travis did not finish paying for the service and that is why we did not get the results he expected. We will not work on his credit report for free. Travis can pay what he is past due and then we can continue to work on his file. This is the reason why we dont like to break up the retainer in payments. If they pay the retainer in full then we can complete the whole process. We sign up over 150 new clients every month yet we only have 2 resolved complaints in the BBB. We must be doing something right! As far as not being able to get a hold of us, someone please try (866) 217-9841. We have a customer service department and 3 managers from 9am to 6pm. We will continue to help out individuals this one complaint will not stop us. I guess no matter how hard you try you cant keep everybody happy.

Hi Travis D,

I am a former client of MSI and would have to disagree with you. I entered the program in early March with a midscore of 540 and currently have a score of 678. MSI went above and beyond what they said they're were going to do and not only that but I am currently closing on my new home in North Dallas. Although, I was skeptical in the beginning due to my friends telling me this was a waste I was referred over by a family member that had great results as well. It is a process that I had to keep up with, but I hung in there and paid all my bills on time. It sounds like to me that since you didn't pay your rtainer on time is your fault. I have never heard of a company providing services if you don't pay for it. If you think about what you have said Travis, your basically saying that you want electricity in your home but you dont want to pay for it. So maybe you should ask what you did wrong instead of placing blame on a company that has helped myself as well as my other family members. As far as you saying Oliver wasn't available, I was always able to get ahold of their customer service dept. whenever I needed something. So again, ask yourself what you could have done differently; other than acting irrational!!!!!!!!

STILL NO WORK DONE

Today is 7/3/2008. Still no call from MSI Credit or any proof of work being done to my credit file. They won't return my calls now. They responded to my BBB complaint with nothing but lies. These people cannot be trusted. BEWARE!!!
