Oh! Their sale people answer 24/7, and great, and helpful but at the time of sale, you  the customer don't have enough knowledge of app to ask ALL the questions... Technical support? Another beast! email them and wait....! About Locations: addresses are accurate but tracking is seriously flawed: wait a FEW days to see any locations.

Call recordings? wait a few days to  hear any recordings. Some identical call recordings are listed, 3-5 times in a row w/ NO tel. number.  Call logs do NOT track all calls. You call them, their explanation? "we are aware of problem", or "you need to upgrade the app". Then, why did they not email you that you need to do so? There are login userid and passwd.

To get tecnical help? another link, differnet userid and password. I would not mind paying more a month if locations log were to display in real time... It was a mostly a waste of money and disappointment. Their PR and Marketing people earned their salary though, you listened to them and it was the perfect product until you use it. What a joke!
