MTC TRUCK DRIVER TRAINING From the startthis company has been a headache, I was sent home fromb the start for something i tried to explain that wasnt on my record they called me back once i provided proof Hazlewood Missouri

 I statred school back in july of 2015 the company sent me home after i had stayed 13 days stated  because of my recored i provided the company with the record report and mtc called me and stated i could return . i returned to the school  october of 2015. when i returned to the school the director was very rude she talked down to me and others i felt belittled she acted as if she didnt want me there but wanted to get the funds for me being there , they put me into a filty hotel room to which my roommate was biten by a spider after we had complained of the bugs and spiders i was removed out of the room two days later . i can answer any question you ask me for the pre trip inspection plus more.

each truck has at least 8 people and the trucks werent fit for training oil shoots over  the windshield , i have  never experienced such racism in my life from the Director of student services and several of the instructors , it was truly heart breaking to experience  such hatred even my peers were treated unfairly my second roomate missed one day and was sent home he was black but yet a non black peer wasnt sent home after missing one day the sam the balck man done unjust. this experience  was very stressful because i was moved around several  times .

when i took the cdl test i was failed by the same instructor which i had alredy been given the hint i wasnt going to pass before i had began. i can tell you everything on the paper and name the things asked .After i done coupling system the side of the trailer and once i began my in cab inspection the cdl instructor from the dmv was asleep how can one fail a person if he was asleep on the job just plain out unjust . The school is full of racism and needs to be investigated and i would like to speak to someone on this matter i invested a lots of time in studying and travel , I just cant imagin what people before me experiemced in their life time .
