Bought a new mower for this season. Read all the manual and gassed and oil the thing. Tried to mow the lawn with it but, the thing would not continue to run. Called the coperate number as what to do. They sent me to the service center in town.
The service center said they had had poblems with the machines. Was told that it was a carborator problem. Get a call from the service center later claiming that I had used old gas and that as so it was not covered under warntee. Tried to get the machine out of the service center but they demanded $50 or not getting it back.
See from the service ticket that it was good gas and they had to replace the spark plug. What a nightmare. And because it has had gas in it, the retail seller will not take it back.
