Joe at Bavaria repair shop seems like a nice guy when you first talk to him but beware he is only out to take as much of your hard earned dollars from you that he can. My car was over heating and I called this crook after seeing his website and bogus testimonials that he has saying how much he cares abut customers. My car's radiator was changed and apparently was not put in properly, Joe said it would cost $153 to fix and after getting my car towed to his shop the number went to $428 because he claimed I had a busted fan clutch. The job then went from that to my car having a busted head gasket that now would be $3000. After consulting with the head mechanic at a BMW dealership I told him to take his parts out of my vehicle and charge me for his time but he refused and I had to pay the $428 which I did reluctantly and got my car towed to the dealership where I should have gone in the first place. DO NOT GO TO BAVARIA AUTOMOTIVES ON DAVIE ROAD HE IS A SCAM ARTIST AND CROOK.

MTM Bravia Very Honest & Great Service

AUTHOR: Asher - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, June 19, 2015

I have used MTM Bavaria on several occations. I once brought in my Range Rover into Bavaria after the dealer telling me that the car needed new brakes and Joe was noce enough to show me that the brakes were fine and did not need to be replaced. He saved me over $800. I since have used his services on many occasions. Service is great and consistante. Joe is a great guy.

MTM Bavarian is an EXCELLENT company

AUTHOR: jlr - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, August 14, 2009

I accidentally stumbled on the previous complaint and had to weigh in. I'm a young, single girl so I can pretty much count on being taken advantage of when taking my car to a mechanic (or at least having to put up a fight to get fair treatment/price). I took a chance on MTM since I only had recommendations of mechanics NOT to go to. I was so pleasantly surprised. They have great customer and technical service, and their integrity is a refreshing change from the usual S.FL. business mentalities. They've always explained things to me, gone over charges and services prior to work, provided advice without pressure or unnecessary suggestions. They even took me home and picked me up the next day when I had to leave my car and planned to bike the ~10 miles home. They're prompt, friendly and totally reliable. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

customer waited for repair shown defective parts

AUTHOR: Joe Mack - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, August 29, 2008

mr. no overheated for sure was shown that fan clutch and thermostat were destroyed badly.customer waited for car and was told repeatedly this would take care of problem if vehicle was no overheated. we gave price for replacing thermostat and fan clutch.well after 19 years my question is why not be honest.we could have performed compression test on engine for under 200.00 dollars if he told the truth and just plain told me car was overheated. however watching mechanic do the work he was all smiles repeatedly telling me he was grateful he was that i could jump right on car. remember car had a new radiator installed from last no good mechanic two days before i'm the second no good mechanic and it went to 3 rd mechanic. but all in all after 19 years in business i can tell my doctor i cannot understand why my weight is more than 50 lbs what i should be. and how i'm shocked that my cholesterol is sky high. but you think maybe eating mickey dee's and dunkin donuts has something to do with it.ha no way.after all i eat healthy and jog 10 miles a day.and of course thats at midday.but never ever do i get overheated.
