This is the resucrection of Nationwide Pharmassist Inc, a Florida corporation of which the owers were scamming investors and was later charged with fraud by the SEC ( see: https://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/2013/comp-pr2013-155-molinari.pdf).
A seperate lawsuit was filed regarding the owner, Steven Molianri, and all the officers of the new MTM Healthcare Inc. (see: http://silverlaw.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/2014-2-26-Nationwide-Complaint.pdf).
Molinari can no longer be an officer of a company however his pawn, Fred Schlosser, can be one. That is why the company is filed in his name but everything is from Nationwide Pharmassist from the branding, website, and "leadership" who most have had litigation filed against them.
Do not invest unless you are 100% you are not being played. Control your investment and do not be defraded by this group of repeat offenders.
