MTS Circulation LLC - 152 Scammed on A Sunday Phoenix, Arizona Internet

On April 15, 2012, a very attractive young lady came to my door, gave me a sob story, and I fell for it.  she was selling books and magazines and I ordered some books for my great granddaughter.  After she left and I realized how stupid I had been, I took advantage of their cancellation offer and mailed the cancellation on April 16, 2012.  The receipt stated my check would be returned to me.  On June 4, 2012 my check was cashed; however, I have yet to receive the books.

I contacted thsi company today and was told they could not find me in their files.  I got upset and I did yell at the person on the other end of the line because it is rude to talk over a client which she was doing.  she hung up onme.  I called her again and informed her I had to be int heir files since they cashed my check.  I aid I realoizedf I had gotten upset, but she got nasty agaskin so I told her if you get an ttitude toeard someone you will get an attitude back.That is unprofessional behavior on her part, talked over me again  and she hung up on me again. 

She told me she would call me back, but my feeling is I will not hear from her.  I have neither received the items I ordered nor a refund.
